Khalid Habib (

Arabic: شوقي مرزوق عبد العليم دباس), was an ascending member of al-Qaeda's central structure in Pakistan and Afghanistan
. His nationality was reported as Egyptian (by CBS News) and as Moroccan (by The New York Times).
