Merging articles

Regarding the merging of

Henry Willard Coe, Jr.
would allow a more expansive article on his life to be presented.

True, this article probably isn't the best place for biographical info on Henry Coe. But is he deserving of a separate article at all? Is he notable for anything other than having a park named after him? -- Scott e 07:46, 21 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cattle grazing in park

Can anything be said about the state of cattle grazing in the park? I've encountered cows there, but I've heard nothing about it. -- Scott e 07:49, 7 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think they're not supposed to be there, but the rangelands in that part of the Diablo Range are often unfenced, with the narrow canyons and waterholes working to naturally limit the range of cattle on surrounding ranches. A few steers may wander into the park from time to time. —QuicksilverT @ 15:13, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Overtagging

Why on earth is there a warning saying this article shows "how to" information? I don't see it. -- Alan —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alandbrown (talkcontribs) 05:21, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Some Wikipedians seem to love dribbling annoying warning tags all over the project, lacking the ability to make meaningful contributions themselves. I've removed it. —QuicksilverT @ 15:13, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
