I do not know how it happened, but you recently marked this edit to the article on Pimpri-Chinchwad as minor. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Your edit added two sentences:

It gives us very little confidence that you really looked at the sources you cited when you behave like that. If you had looked at the sources, you would have spotted that one of the sources was a newspaper article about the population of Mumbai.

When you made your edit, you put in a new alt text for the changed image, but you forgot to update the caption.
