John Barla is an Indian politician. He was elected to the
Alipurduars, West Bengal in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[2][3] Since 7 July 2021, he is serving as the Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Minority Affairs
