Usha Kehar Luthra (born 1932) is an Indian
Padma Shri Award.[1]
Life
She graduated from
University of Delhi and from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra.[citation needed] She is a fellow of the Indian National Science Academy[2] and the National Academy of Medical Sciences.[3]
